1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to the cancellation of subscription orders. By subscribing with us, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions stated below. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Minimum Subscription Commitment (Effective 30 January 2026)
All subscriptions created on or after 30 January 2026 are subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) successful deliveries.
A successful delivery refers to an order that has been processed, dispatched, and delivered without return, refund, or failed delivery.
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled until the minimum three (3) successful deliveries have been completed.
3. Effect of Cancellation (After Minimum Commitment Is Met)
Once the minimum commitment has been fulfilled and a subscription is cancelled:

The subscription will be terminated immediately.

All subscription perks, discounts, and promotional benefits will cease immediately.

The subscription will not be eligible for subscription-only pricing, offers, or promotions.
4. Cancellation Fees (Applicable to All Subscription Orders)
For all subscription orders created before, on, or after 30 January 2026, any cancellation made after payment has been successfully processed will incur:

a $25 administrative cancellation fee, plus

5% credit card processing fees.
These fees will be charged upon confirmation of cancellation and are strictly non-refundable.
5. How to Cancel (Where Eligible)
Subscriptions may be cancelled through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team only after the minimum subscription commitment (if applicable) has been fulfilled.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
6. One-Time Purchases & Satisfaction Guarantee
For one-time (non-subscription) and subscription purchases of Hill’s Pet Nutrition products, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within seven (7) days of purchase, subject to applicable Terms & Conditions.
Customers must contact us within seven (7) days from the date of purchase to initiate a cancellation, return, or refund request.
Please note that for payments made via credit card, credit card processing fees (5%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
This Satisfaction Guarantee applies exclusively to one-time purchases and does not apply to subscription orders, which are governed by the subscription cancellation terms above.
